The JustUs® Program is generally administered by human resource professionals, accounting and compliance specialists, law clerks, attorneys and liaisons with other consultants as appropriate. The JustUs® staff of experienced professionals has a thorough understanding of business, employment and corporate principles. Each staff member is committed to fast and fair resolution of disputes, and dedicated to providing quality alternate dispute resolution. While ADROS, Inc. and JustUs® cannot provide legal advice, assigned managers have credentials as attorneys, human resource or accounting professionals, or both, to ensure that investigations and other recommendations are consistent with the law.
