Ben-Gal brings unique financial expertise to the JustUs® Advisory Board, with strengths in business negotiation, strategic
planning, M&A, financial management and SEC reporting.
Most recently Ben-Gal served as Vice President of INCAT International, PLC. Leading it through an IPO, followed with extensive
M&A that helped grow the company from 600 employees in late 2004 to 2,850 employees by the end of 2006. Prior to that, for a
period of almost 10 years, Ben-Gal served as President and COO of Manning Ventures, Inc. a private equity investment company
investing in high-tech companies.
Currently, Ben-Gal is president of JBG Financing, consulting to and investing in Israeli high-tech companies. He holds a
Bachelor degree in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from the Technion in Haifa, Israel.
