Ms. Mary Ann Victor is Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
of Somanetics Corporation, a publicly-held medical device company based in Troy,
Michigan. She manages the Company’s human resources and administrative functions
and serves the Board of Directors as Corporate Secretary. She is an attorney and
practiced employment law with the law firm Varnum Riddering Schmidt & Howlett. Her
prior experience includes various investor relations and public relations positions
with publicly-held companies and a Detroit area public relations consultancy. Ms.
Victor received a B.S. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University
of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
